Jobs

A job is the work done by a connector within an integration. It includes the services that are part of the integration and the schedule to move the data.

Services move data between external systems and App Xchange. They do the heavy lifting of processing the actions queued from a flow. Services are specific to each connector.

Schedules run a sequence of services and on-demand flows to move data between App Xchange and external systems. These schedules define the timing of when and how an integration runs.

The Jobs page displays integration schedules and the services used by the selected workspace. From this page, you can view details of the schedule and the services available.

When the integration is registered to a workspace, the services and schedules display on the Jobs page. If your workspace is meant for an integration product, changes to schedules (except for the schedule interval) and services are not recommended in order to keep the jobs in sync with the integration definition.

If you are building a custom integration, you can add services and schedules directly to the workspace.
