Administrators can invite new users to join your App Xchange account. The invitation email allows recipients to register with App Xchange and enter their own account information. The recipient must accept the invitation in order to be added to your account.
Invite Users
Administrators can invite one or more new users to your company account or workspace.
Navigate to the Users page in the side navigation menu and select Invite Users.
Enter the email address of the users. Each user entered must be assigned the same role and additional permissions. Separate each user with a comma.
Select the appropriate role and additional permissions for the users. For more information, see User Roles and Permissions.
Select Send Invite.
App Xchange sends the invite to the users.
It is not possible to change the email associated with an invite after it has been sent, as this will invalidate the secure token associated with it. If you send an invite to the incorrect email, revoke this invite and send a new one.
Revoke or Resend an Invite
If you send an invitation to the wrong email address or the person invited no longer needs to use App Xchange, you can revoke the invitation. If the recipient does not receive the invite, you can resend it.
Navigate to the Users page in the left pane and select the Invites tab.
Select the email address of the invitation you want to revoke or resend. You may have to select the Show All? checkbox in order to see the email address.
Choose Revoke or Resend. You may optionally change the role and account permissions before resending the invite.
Select X to exit the Edit Invite window.
App Xchange resends or revokes the invite.
