Only users with an administrator role can manage user accounts.
Once a user has accepted their invitation and set up their App Xchange user account, you can make changes to this user account as needed. Over time, you may find that you need to lock or restrict access of some users to resources on your company account or workspace.
Note: Users will need to log out and log back in before the new access level can take effect.
Edit User Information and Permissions
You can change a user’s account information and permissions. User information includes email address, name, and phone number.
From the Users page, select the name or email of the user to open the Edit User window.
Update the necessary information.
Change the roles or permissions, if needed.
Select Save.
Select X to exit the Edit User window.
The user account information or permissions are updated.
Lock or Unlock a User
Locking a user account restricts its access to the portal and all secure API endpoints. This is usually reserved for old user accounts. Accounts can also be unlocked following the same steps.
From the Users page, select the name of the user to open the Edit User page.
Select Lock to lock the user out of their account. Alternatively, select Unlock to unlock a previously locked account. Select Yes in the confirmation window to confirm your choice.
Select X to exit the Edit User window.
The user account locks or unlocks.
