Users

App Xchange users are part of the larger company account. You can manage users from the company’s account or workspace dashboards. You can set their permissions to determine what they have access to.

You can manage users from a workspace with some caveats. Users invited from a workspace will belong to all workspaces that belong to the account.

There are two main parts to managing users:

Only users with an administrator role can invite new users and manage existing users.

Review Users

To review users in your company account or workspace, navigate to your company account or workspace and select Users in the left pane. App Xchange displays user information across several tabs:

Users tab

This tab lists all App Xchange users and email addresses. Administrators can select a user to edit their email, name, phone number, role, and permissions. Administrators can also lock the accounts of inactive users to limit their access to the portal and secure API endpoints.

Service Accounts tab

This tab lists all App Xchange Service Account users and email addresses. Service Account users are almost exclusively used for connectors that require restricted access to the App XChange platform. 

Invites tab

This tab lists the email addresses of invited users and the date their invitations expire. Select the Show All? checkbox to see expired invitations. Administrators can select a specific invite to modify, resend, or revoke it.
